Scope Limitations:

If, during the scope assessment process, we determine that the project requirements exceed our technical capabilities, resources, or expertise, we reserve the right to inform the client promptly.

Refund Offer:

In cases where the scope of work is deemed beyond our capabilities, Mind Munchers will offer a full refund of any prepayment or fees paid by the client for the specific services that cannot be delivered.

Communication and Resolution:

We will communicate the scope limitations to the client clearly and transparently, providing a detailed explanation of why certain services cannot be fulfilled.
Clients will have the option to discuss alternative solutions, modify project requirements, or proceed with a partial refund for services that can no longer be provided.

Refund Process:

Upon agreement on the refund amount, Mind Munchers will initiate the refund process promptly, aiming to process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.

Client Rights and Responsibilities:

Clients are encouraged to provide accurate and detailed project requirements during the initial consultation to facilitate an accurate scope assessment.
Clients have the right to request refunds in accordance with this policy if services cannot be delivered as originally agreed upon.

Exceptions:

This refund policy does not apply to cases where services have been delivered and accepted by the client as per the agreed-upon project scope.
Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered, including but not limited to completed website development, design work, or marketing campaigns.
